MADRID HOSTS THE 30TH IBERO-AMERICAN SUMMIT

The Spanish capital is hosting representatives from the 22 countries of the Ibero-American Community for two days of discussions aimed at strengthening cooperation between Europe and Latin America. Despite the presence of several leaders, including Argentina's Javier Milei, the absence of prominent figures such as Brazil's Lula and Mexico's Claudia Sheinbaum underscores the political divisions within the region.
