Austrian police have launched an investigation after nails, needles, and pins were discovered hidden in Halloween treats. Thirteen incidents have been reported across the country. A 10-year-old girl suffered a minor mouth injury after biting into a chocolate containing a needle. Authorities are urging parents to carefully check candy and report any suspicious treats. Similar incidents have also been reported in Germany.
