LEON XIV ON THEIR WAY FOR A HISTORIC JOURNEY TO SOUTH AMERICA

Pope Leo XIV is preparing to undertake an eleven-day tour of Uruguay, Argentina, and Peru from November 6 to 17. This trip has a particularly personal dimension for the pontiff, who will be returning to the places where he served as a bishop for many years. Between meetings with the faithful, discussions with leaders, and visits to the most vulnerable populations, he intends to reaffirm the role of the Church in a region where Catholicism is declining in the face of the rise of evangelical movements.
